So I went out with the model last night to the museum. I picked her up and drove downtown. Conversation was good. She starts the physical escalation as soon as we get inside! Grand my arm and holds it while we're walking. Soon it turns into our arms around eachother and holding hands all evening. We went to eat after wards where I Kclose her at the table like this

We laughed about how cheesy this was haha and the conversation goes as normal.

There was alot of laughing and I'd say we generally had a good time. We leave the night with a kiss. However I'm unsure if she felt a strong connection with me. The end if the night seemed anticlimactic. After we left I went a bit afc perhaps by texting her and telling her I enjoyed hanging out, had fun whatever and that I liked hanging with her. She says she had fun and thanked me.

Anyone want to shoot a few pointers in where to go from here? Maybe some text game I can play to build more attraction? I'm guessing I won't see her for another week or so. She's got some stuff coming up that will keep her busy but I'd really like to get her missing me and anticipating seeing me again.

You won't build attraction if you start texting. You will fuck it up. Keep it simple. Plan the next meeting at your/hers place or close to it and fuck her.

It seems to be going well for you, which is why I would suggest to not overthink it.
Texting her and following up wasn't AFC- it was the right thing to do. I hope that you didn't just blatantly thank her, but rather used an inside joke or lightly teased her. Turning that into a follow-up thank you text would have left a smile on her face and let her know that you're following the social norms of a dude who's not an asshole.
Regarding texting her now- I would suggest to text/call her to set up your next date. Not saying to do it now; feel it out, check your schedule. See if there is a place you have to attend where bringing her would be acceptable. If so, tell her to come along. I'm leaving this pretty vague since as I've said, you seem to be doing well. Just clearly don't text her everyday for no reason. You're trying to show her that you have your own life and things you're doing: bring her into your own interesting world- don't make HER your world.
If you are into text game, you could go that route. Braddock's guide would help you out. For me to type what to say would probably be reiterating what you could learn from him, plus you can apply his general rules better to your own situation.
