This is to all those PUA’s out there that hold a strong hate towards there EX. I know I’m not the only one, held on to a hate so strong that it started to eat me up inside. I have found out by hating my EX I did the complete opposite thing that I was trying to do. That was to get her out of my mind, because I found my self so angry at her, I was thinking of her more and more. I could not go out and sarge with out her on my mind, and I’m new at this Game. Having an EX sux bad enough, but to have her hunting your ever thought makes it so much harder to move on. So how I got rid of the hate was, and this is not for every one. I took a HUGE chance doing this, she came to me one day, now keep in mind I haven’t talked to her in like 2 months, she almost begged me to take her back. Now all that hate for her was slowly melting away and I decided to give it a shot. After a few days I found that I needed to break it off from her, I did not want to go down that road, did not want to be an AFC all over. So now I have no hate for her and she is finally off my mind. My Game is improving already, and it’s only been a few days. So in the end I just want to say, don’t hate a one-itis, or EX, let go move on. Hate is too easy and in the end it gives them the power.
