Hi guys

Ok this might seem like a very silly question but I have always believed the most silly question is the one that isn't asked so here goes.

I have been reading how important a 'alpha' trait it is to be able to smile to disarm people, unfortunately I am one of those people whose natural face always seems to be in a frown. Yes I can smile but if i try and force it then it looks very false.

Does anyone have any tips on how try and get round this I have read somewhere i should not be aiming for the full on photo smile but a sort of half smile smirk its very confusing.

what i like to do is not to fake smile, but to put myself into a happy and outgoing mood, and then i just naturally smile.

this for me requires a lot of awesome upbeat music, friends, maybe drinking a little bit of beer, maybe not, and dancing, doing silly stuff, moving around, deciding to have an awesome time no matter how, lowering my expectations of the night, messing around, joking

the best places are the car on your way to the club, with all your friends fucking shouting around, music VERY loud;
and if you don't have a car at that time, the walk to the bus too. just run around, shout, don't give a fuck what people think, and you'll get in that mindset of self amusement. i know i look stupid, i do not give a single fuck haha
