You go out with a girl quite a few times. You act like an AFC around her. She gives you all sorts of opportunities over the course of many dates to prove yourself otherwise. She wants this to work and you're too much of an AFC to bring things to the next level. It finally breaks. She says she's not interested in pursuing this anymore.

This is the moment that snaps you out of being an AFC and makes you realize how badly you've screwed it all up. You manage to salvage it to the point where you get back to talking and hanging out with her. You get along great, she seems like she's giving you IOIs. She txts you every day. She's willing to drop anything to see you. You take this all as a good sign -- things are better and you're past being an AFC.

Now heres the problem. Every time you try to escalate, every time you ask her on a date, etc, you get the friends talk. "I have such a great time hanging out with you, but we're just friends. Just because we have a ton of fun doesn't mean I have changed my mind."

Is there any way to break through this shield? She is an extremely headstrong stubborn woman. Talking about it isn't going to do anything obviously. Gotta make her want it. But how? When you've spent this much time together and shes made the friends thing very clear.

Tell her your not interested in be her damn friend.

Be less available. But when you do see her treat as a friend but be sexual as well. She will try with all her might and her frame power to slot you into that friend zone. You don't budge. Keep it up and she will crack.
