Your problems lie within your statement, you say you don't go out much and don't socialize enough, then you won't be able to learn anything or gain any type of experience, YOU have to learn to take the risk just like the rest of US PUAS, we learned the hard way, we experienced the emotions, the thrill, no matter how painful the rejections, It is an adventure, You have to be the ONE to go out and get the GOOD things you want in your life, they are NOT going to come to you. YOU have to be the one to go them.

you have to want to do it, you have to want a better life, you have to want a good women in your life. sitting around moping, giving out excuses like im too tired, saying things like i have no energy or will to do anything, with that kind of attitude and mentality, its no wonder you are going nowhere fast. making no effort to do anything, despite reading and learning pua maternials, only implies that you dont want this in your life, that you don't want women, friends, or a great lifestyle. YOU just going to have to get your ass out of the house and go start talking to women anywhere, everywhere. it does not matter where you meet womens, I meet and pick up women from nightclubs, bars, coffee shops, malls, bookstore, gas station, walmart, fast food resturant, diners, movie theaters, any sports ball game arena, golfing, hiking, courthouse, government buildings, libraries, walking the dog, ets, etc, I literally just walk up and start chatting, just working my game calibrating as I go and believe me, I crash and burn more times than I can count, I literally talk to women everywhere, I talk to at least 20 to 30 women a day, 6 days a week, every month, from time I get up to the time I go to bed (when played correctly with a women in bed with me) and yes, I literally talk to almost thousand women a month, and no I don't waste time, I do have friends i hang out with them, even when i hang out with them i'm still talking to a women i see that i find attractive, and no i don't succeed with every one of them but it does improve my social skills in conversations. SO JUST GO OUT AND HAVE FUN, JUST LEARN AS YOU GO AND CALIBRATE USING YOUR PUA KNOWLEDGE, PRETTY SOON YOU WILL FIND ENERGY ONCE YOU GET INTO THE HABIT OF IT.
