So I've come up with this qualification routine that happens only after when the HB asks you what you're gonna major in (or what you do for a living). This happens during rapport building, to which you can ask her a series of questions (but also ensuring that you're not asking the same old stupid generic ones AFCs always pull).

Me: "Hey, I need to tell you something."
Her: "What?"
Me: "Well, the reason why I wanted to talk to you was that I'm looking for a research specimen."
Her: "What?? Hahaha!"
Me: "No! I'm serious! I just need to ask you some questions to make sure that you're cut for the job."
Her: "Ooookaaaay. Like what questions?"

From here, you can ask her anything, such as whether she drinks, hookahs, can give a good lap dance, does bud, and if she likes sex (to which can easily transition to sexual topics). When she does pass, you can say, "Congratulations! Let's go back to our lab to run some experiments."

What do you guys think of this qualification routine? Too dumb? Can be improved?

I haven't field-tested it yet. It was just a little idea I came up with while I was talking to this one guy at some barber shop. I'll let you know for sure whether it's good enough to use during rapport building. If the girl is receptive and displays interest on a playful level, then this qualifier routine may have a chance.
