I've been on numerous dates/going out with girls, but I always ended up loosing them.

I realized that I always fail to lead the girl and make decisions. Girls like guys who are able to lead them and make decisions for them.

I've done some very simple things like opening the door for her, light push on her lower back when crossing the road. etc. But I don't think that is enough. And often time when I try to make decisions, I will always ask her what she wants. Because I don't want to upset her by making the wrong decision.

How do I take care of girls when we are out 1on1. And how do I take decisive actions and make decisions like a MAN!

First you need to develop your innergame, you must change your mentality. You just said that you don't want to make a decision because you're afraid she will not like it. You must do what you want and NOT what she wants. She must like it or she must go. Thats the kind of mentality you need to work on. You have to do whatever you want, and she must follow.
