I would say generally Women are the ones who recover better and faster. They are used to feeling strong emotions, and know how to deal with them. Women also have better support networks. They share everything with each other and offload the burden whereas men are usually left to cope with shit by themselves (why else would this forum exist?).

I do agree that you should give her what she wants, but what 99% of guys don't understand is that what she SAYS she wants, and what she really wants deep down, are two, very very different things. Which is why men get so confused when they think they have done everything "right" by her.

What about this killer?

To clarify: Hard next = eliminate her from your life forever with no contact. Soft next = no contact for X amount of time. X depends on the severity of her disrespect, and how often you see her. If you only see your girl once a week, she isnt going to notice a 3 day next.
A soft next should be immediately after or as close to the event. Nexting a woman you live with is near impossible, which is why as soon as you move in with a woman you immediately lose a good deal of power.
Your frame is all fucked up. "Get away with it"? If someone in your life treats you poorly, and you distance yourself from them as a result (which is what a healthy person does), do you then hope that you "got away with it" when you let them back into your life? No. THEY fucked up, Not you. If she brings up the next, simply say you were busy or had stuff to attend to, then change the subject. If she persists, give her a stern look and tell her to drop it. If she keeps busting your balls, next her again on the spot.

So what do you do when your living with a woman and your married?

The relationship dynamics are different and you do lose some of the power, I generally maintain it by keeping busy outside of the house doing my own thing but you can't go no contact . . . . .it's impossible.

That's why you should develop a hobby or something during the dry times or during when the woman is distancing/cold shoulder etc!! Do something else. It works. Why?

Because married women always talked about their hubbies being Harry Houdini most of the time and wish they would spend more time with them! Guess what, they get pissed off and yet the hubbies get sex from them anytime and everytime. The difference between a relationship and being open is like running an ultra-marathon vs running a 100m dash. Relationship gets the same boring pussy, while some of us getting pussies or even creampies.
