How effective is the consensus on the three second rule? Do you still use it? And most importantly, any ideas for great conversation starters with the three second rule that can always be used without having to think of conversation before you go in for the kill?

The three second rule is intended to have you approach more sets before you actually over think the approach and develop an approach anxiety. Also, it demonstrates confidence to the girl because you didn't wait long after eye contact to start talking to her.

You should always be prepared with something to say when you approach a girl. I'm not saying study a canned opener and recite it, I'm saying just go up to her without hesitation and a strong confident frame and start gaming.

It really doesn't matter as long as she's pretty.

If cold approach still feels weird for you then definitely use it to gain momentum. Once you have got out of your shell for the night approaching becomes easy.
