How do you get those girls who don't acknowledge yours (and probably everyone else's) existence? You know the type. Girl's self absorbed in their own world who give nobody eye contact and only on the rare occasion in passing.
Is there any real way to break them out of their world? All I can think of is stopping them in passing and trying to work from there but if they give no eye contact or any real IoIs how am I supposed to work around that if they just brush me off as soon as I approach cold?

Anyone have any suggestions for dealing with these types of girls?

There's two ways to look at this. The first is that it's your perception that the girls are stuck up and won't make eye contact with you and ignore you, therefore you don't bother approaching them. That's a bit of a premature assessment, because you aren't giving them a chance to open up to you.

The other scenario is that you open them and they continue to be standoffish, generally because they have a boyfriend or simply aren't attracted to you or interested in socializing with you. In that case this amounts to a traditional blowout, which is no big deal in the world of pick up.

The only way to deal with girls like this in either scenario is to continue to open them and try to break through that barrier by being funny, building rapport, and running your game. If they blow you out, fine. It's the same as if a girl was warm and friendly, but then blows you out ten minutes later when you find out she has a boyfriend. Who cares? Move on to the next set. Keep sarging.
