So here's the story:

I've been talking to this HB9 for a while now. We actually ended up hooking up about 2 weeks ago. Since then ive tried to take her out twice and she flaked both times (one time might have been legit as she was facing a lot of work). We had a social function for our university last week were she was my date but she made it clear to me that she wanted to spend more time with her girl friends. I told her to have fun and began flirting and dancing with other girls in front of her. After that night I've been Freezing Her Out. I haven't contacted her in a week. In the past week I went out on about 3 dates and ive brought them up causally with her friends so im sure she knows that ive been moving on.

Today she happened to be in the gym when I was working out and she came over and gave me a hug and told me happy valentines day and whispered in my ear if we can be normal again. This caught me off guard and I really didn't know how to respond so I just told her "We are normal". After that I continued my workout without talking to her again.

So long story short after freezing out this HB9 and seeing other women she is asking if "we can be normal again". What should I do now? Try to ask her out again? Thanks for the help guys!

I mean I really don't see why she deserved a freeze out. Your girl cant have fun with her girlfriends. Thats pretty fucked up man. Also, going on dates and telling her friends to rub it in her face is kinda low. But who am I to state moral standards haha.

Anyway, I would say don't ask her out right away. Get her to bring up the idea so she is chasing you. Hint at it to give her an idea

Maybe I did go a bit overboard. However, she denied a couple attempts at kissing that night as well. Also, I was starting to feel the early signs of one-itis so thought a taking a break and seeing other girls was definitely necessary. I will be chatting with her today as we are in the same study group, i'll get her to bring up the idea of hanging out next week and ill take it from there. Thanks for the advice!
