Starting kino with friend

What would be the best way to start kino with someone who I have been friends with for about 4 months? I don't think it's relevant - but she does have a boyfriend.

I have literally NOT touched her yet. lol I know I should have started since the first day, but is it too late to start it now?

Its never too late :)

I would just start more careful and proceed when i get the positive response. But if you see that she likes you also, escalate. Try with touching her on the shoulder and arm when being sympathetic, or with hugging her when you see her after some time.

So, suppose I wanted to claw her. What would the compliance test be for that - like tapping her shoulder?

Also, how would I go about leading into a claw without making it seem weird? Keeping in mind I haven't touched her at all yet.

Sorry, I'm a huge noob at this :)
