Every now and then, I'll wear a Hawaiian Lei out to the bars.

While in set, pretty much every girl will ask what the purpose of wearing it is (I'm in southeast USA and very rare to see someone wear one)....

I've come up with a story about my friend is Hawaiian and it means good luck, etc, etc... and I've also used it as a lock-in prop..

Anyone out there peacock with something similar to this and have any good insight into what works best as a response to "why are you wearing this?"
