Im 22, pretty successful but i have realised that my conversations are weak and i seem to not be able to hold conversations with people that well. Iv seen that my friends are not interested in conversations that i start.

I want to learn how to conversate with people amazingly well. Not just for girls but for all aspects of life. I dont have much time to see other peoples techniques i just need to learn hoe to improve my skills. Please dont say be confident because i have been and it just doesnt work. Is there any material that you guys would recommend?
