I spent 3 years doing my undergrad in England, back to India to work (haven't loked yet). In there, I came across of the biographical book 'The Game', read a lot about it, got lucky a few times using very few techniques, but I still can not approach.

Since I would be in India for a while, and do not want to end up in a monogamous relationship, or a dry spell, I thought I would use Game to date a few women to begin with, before being a regular 'PUA' (I want the development to be organic enough, which requires time).

My family has moved to a small town but I grew up in Delhi. In India young people still don't really move out (although a sizeable minority does), no single's bars culture and most 'conquests' happen when men trick women into believing that they intend a serious relationship (which I am unwilling to do). So, this whole situation leaves me facing a serious logistical and cultural hurdle, any suggestions on how to handle it would be appreciated!

My first step is to move to Delhi, Bangalore or Mumbai, but apart from that, I am quite lost. :/

No need to get lost man. We've all been there. Sarging consistently will definitely give you results. You just have to be more sensitive towards their conservative attitudes, other than that, I believe upto 80% of women here can be gamed. All the best!

In those areas I would play the indirect style of game.
