take interest, then build attraction and push and pull then. If you try to build attraction straight away your intentions will be obvious and will make her question your motives. You also will find out if she is someone you WANT to see in the interest part. Obviously if all the IOI's are there beforehand then don't worry about interest, each situation is different.
