I've had not contact with my HB7.5 besides a "lame"? throw away text like mid week that she didn't reply to.

I just called tonight to confirm our plans, no answer.. it was like 10:35 pm local time. We already already setup when, what, and the hour.

Is any further action required on my part?

The missed call from me should be plenty the way I see it because for all she knows I could of been calling to cancel(not like me, but we've only had two dates) or the call.could've been to confirm.

A text many of us have gotten in our lives, ha. It's not ideal just go with it. Don't expect much, but don't go into it with a bad attitude, make sure to be friendly to every one of her friends. If you ignore one friend, she'll hate you and she'll slowly get all her other friends to hate you

Girl 1: flaked due to gF not being able to attend and also said she was "throwing up"

Girl 2: Insta dated when girl 1 flaked, had a good coffee / movie date. She said let's hangout again and we agreed to text the next day

"Haha yeah " 6 hrs later. I sent a " How are you, and thanks for going to the movies with me text". And she didn't reply

Sounds to me like your not the only guy she is talking to. For some reason or not, she isnt sure bout which one she wanted to go out with this weekend, and wanted to keep her options open and not commit to anything til last minute. You might be option 2 at this point and it didnt seem like option 1 was available for the weekend so she was going to include you with her friends to get her friends opinion bout you. Then something happened, so she changed her plans.
