Simple question.
This is what I already know. If the group likes you then they'll leave you and their friend be and end up making an excuse to leave and let you be alone. If the girl is really into the conversation or what's going on then her friends won't be able to pull her away if she's independent and can handle herself. Here's the problem though, some girls are adamant on keeping the group together and even if a girl is really into you she may choose her friends. So if the group has stubborn "no boys allowed tonight" type girls who control and don't allow guys what's the go with that?

I can say the approach is imperative (of course) and sets the tone and puts everything into motion. So a great approach is necessary but even stil, and especially with the low self esteem "I feel ugly and I'm not going to get a guy tonight and until I do, nobody does" types of girls even the best approach may not help. So how do you get permission?
The reason I ask of course is because you'll only be truly sure the set is locked in is if the friends let it happen, even if you want to take it long term.

So has anyone got any pointers on this?

This may sound extreme but if my girl really likes me and her friends are bitches I just pick her up and run away lol
