How to be with women in a way that makes you irresistible to her







Yo!



With this profound new exercise/technique, this is the single important thing you can do to really have transformational break- through and make huge leaps – because in this 1 easy, simple technique it brings together so many benefits: including overcoming anxiety and ANY other FEAR based emotions,
Alpha Male congruent, real body language (70% of communication) PRESENCE, strong masculine polarity radiating, never run-out of things to say with being authentic,
Allowing true connection and intimacy to happen, cultivating real man-ness and the list goes on,



Without using this you could still be stuck trying to figure out what to say, being stuck in your head, getting rejected by women, having to meet 10000’s of to have sex, being fake all deep inner issues etc…

So this technique developed quite naturally as I was working & helping other guys– some of David Deangelo and Ross Jeffries newest discoveries added to this and spirituality teachers such as Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra.



So lets briefly talk about some aspects – we have



1. Thoughts/Beliefs



2. Emotions/Energy



3. Consciousness (the level this technique mainly works on)



We have thoughts and emotions – and we are consciousness – so actually working on this level is the most powerful because it transcends our limiting thoughts/emotions and activates our true self – which is where there is most leverage for change/transformation, where we are not limited by past conditioning.



So lets do it –

1.Stand up, take a few deep breaths and relax

2.Become aware that you have cells and your body may seem solid but you are a mass of energy vibrating at a high speed.

3.With this new awareness now, without any force and still remaining relaxed I want you to try to FLY/Levitate and take a deep breath in.

Now if you can fly I want you to cantact me ASAP!!
But if you’re a human like me you cant fly, however you will notice a few things happening – your body language/poise will have sky-rocketed,
you feel your feet on the floor and gravity pushing down on you, your mind is silenced, you are much more present, alert, enlightened state of awareness, happy smile, feeling good.


Great! What you got to do now is – do this exercise all the time until it becomes natural, anytime you feel anxiety do it and go talk to some potential friends with benefits with your focus just being on this technique and notice….

I've recently watched a lecture video a professor is giving on how this kind of thing works. To add to effects of it, start in an "Alpha" Position. An alpha position is an open, making yourself bigger, as compared to a beta position such as crossing you're arms and making yourself smaller. When you hold in an Alpha position for 2 minutes, even if it is forced, you actually release chemicals in you're body. This is proven through experiments. Testosterone (Dominance Chemical) levels go up, and cortosol (stress chemical) levels goes down.
