Has anyone noticed that HB's 8+ kind of get attracted to guys that are attractive too, about 8+, whereas the unattractive girls don't feel attracted to the better looking guys?

I don't want to sound like a douche or anything, but I'm pretty attractive, probably 8 or 9, and I've noticed that HB 9's for example look at me in a certain way, sort of a "you're hot" look, if you know what I mean, whereas HB 6's and less always look at me like "meh, I'm not impressed". I'm not talking specifically about Pick Up, but rather, an everyday social settings.

Has anyone else noticed the phenomenon? Can anyone explain it?

When you know someone is more attractive than you and out of your league you may act as though you don't give a shit about them since you know you'll never be able to get with them anyway.
