I went to see a girl this week in nyc. I spent..a little bit of money, and plus i traveled halfway up the east coast to see her. On the last day there yesterday, we got into a fight. Which proved how childish she really is. So answer me this my friends, do you think she realizes that not just a normal guy friend would travel that far to see her or spend that money, and over our fight which was over the pronunciation of "Mario" which i apologized for then she remained quiet all throughout lunch and the rest of the day. Im not going to text her until she admits to acting like a child and apologizes, i dont really want to give up on her cause i really like her but im at my wits end on this and need some solid advice. What would yall do in this situation..

I actually understand why someone would get offended though. I used to say pancake SEER-up and my friends would say it's SUR-up. Who gives a fuck right? But those little bastards would snicker and carry on and try to make fun of me for a simple variance in a pronunciation of a word. That can be something that really strikes a nerve, and I'm sure even moreso for somebody who speaks in a weird regional dialect like a New Yorker. It doesn't really matter how much the person making fun of you spent beforehand, it will still piss you off. Cut her some slack. She'll get over it.
