This new girl started working today and spent a ton of time in our office. She's young, quite beautiful but acts like she's the shit. Actually, she said "you know everyone thinks I'm cute." (Who says that??) Later, she asked "do you think I'm cute" so I said "perhaps." She then asked me AGAIN "so do you think I'm cute" I said "no." without hesitation and she sulked away. The truth is, she was making me nervous and I didn't know what to say/think except (don't give into her bullshit). I want to fuck her, she dumped her boyfriend yesterday (so I don't think she's looking for anything serious) but, where do I go from here? I don't want to collect her number when she acts like that and I don't want to say anything to make her overly upset; she did just get out of a 2 year relationship.

You've already done the right thing. You expressed interest by telling her she's cute(pulled her in), then expressed disinterest by telling her no (pushed her away). Now she knows you have a solid frame. Start telling her things like "I haven't figured you out yet" or "We would never get along" or "I'd usually never go for a girl like you". Keeping working the push/pull angle. Then during a moment of rapport, bust out your phone and be like "Hey, I'm gonna put your number in my phone." Don't ask for her number.

This girl is a seasoned man-manipulator, so make sure to continually reject her frame and overpower her with yours. Start texting her or calling her but don't ask her out for a while. Then eventually tell her you'll be up at the mall later that day and she should come see you. This is more of a compliance test than an actual date request. Keep probing and trying to arrange some type of meeting, but make sure it is on your terms and that you make it a difficult and trying process for her. If you make any of this too easy for her she'll lose interest and move on to the next guy.
