Hey guys i've got a problem.
I know some of the theory on how to pick up girls and stuff but my problem is that anytime i talk with one, i feel like she doesn't care about me at all and that i'm not attractive even though i've heard that i'm handsome a lot of times..
anytime i'm with my friends and some girls i feel invisible...
any ideas about how to change this? because then i start to act like that and it comes true...but i cannot change the way i feel

You lack confidence and you are withdrawing into your own skin. You need to make a concerted effort to improve your inner and outer game.

Self improvement.

Read books that can improve you.

Also, practice in the field. If you feel like she is getting bored, then obviously part of you must feel like you are being boring. What type of DHL do you do?

Learn magic and show friends the tricks. That boosted my ego.

There's an old axiom that goes: "If you want to have what you have not, then you must do what you do not."

Guys want girls, but they don't approach girls and therefore don't get girls. If you want them, you need to start approaching them. It's a very black and white process here--cause and effect. You withdraw so you feel withdrawn. When you open up and start talking, you'll feel more sociable.

I know, I know...HOW to do it is always the next question. But that's were personal development comes into play. You need to learn and develop the skillsets and habits required to build yourself into the type of person that will make you happy. We can tell you how to do that, but we can't do it for you.

things you lack confidence, inner game, being able to draw state from within, and being able to be present or being able to get out side of you head and live in the moment.

Confidence and inner game come from practice, and bring up your value...being the best you

drawing state from within comes from finding things to feed off of which will bring your energy/mood up, and put you in a good mood

being present comes from understanding that all we have is here and now, we can't control the past and the future does not exist, it only exists in our head, the hear and now is all that matters! meditation is the best way to achieve this
