Yes it is alright to be direct after u have built attraction, just don't over do it, make her feel that she is still more interested in you than u in here. Not having car sux, going to date by bus is somewhat awkward, just take her on date in place which is close and can be reached by walk, meanwhile try to get car and your own place. Can't just borrow car or rent from someone?

Nah, I wouldn't start telling her how hot you think she is. But you can mention how much you'd like to fuck her, worded your own way. You'll need to level with her about your transportation and living situation, and work out the logistics with her on that.
