Often when talking to new woman, especially in clubs they tell me i look like a player!
I ask what that means but they never can explain.

This works well for most girls as they seem curious and drawn to it,
But girls that are 8,9 and 10's seem put off by it and say it as a negative.

Im a fairly good lookin guy, work out and dress well,

Should i make less effort in regards to my appearence?
How should i respond to this comment in future?

It's a shit test... Remember a alpha male doesn't react he gets reacted too and with the higher girls neg more they have a higher bitch shield from so many guys hitting on them

There are two options when faced with a shit test.

Be "passive", ie non reactive, ignore it. Dont ask why, dont try to qualify or validate yourself. You dont really care for their opinion, your alpha.

OR, agree and exaggerate. Some shit tests it is good to exaggerate in a funny way what they may have said.

Depending on the situation determines which is best IMO.

In this situation you could say " I know right? I cant get these damn girls to leave me alone, all I want is a nice girl with *insert desired traits here*" And boom, you have turned them shit testing you, into them perhaps qualifying themselves to you.

AGAIN, it depends on your current comfort levels, the frames etc. If your already comming across as the cocky funny guy it might be good to keep this up. If its to early to have established this, or the conversation has turned on to deeper subjects it might not be a good idea to go for this.
