Ok so im really confused right now, i dont know what to focus on and so on, i feel like i know abit about everything, and i have no idea where to begin going more indepth, im thinking to get a better understanding of inner game, since my confidence isn't the best, and iv got trouble with limiting belifes

Is there any guideline where to start ? and where to progress to afterwards ?

You need to go and use your techniques, stop researching and start experiencing.
Get rejected, strive for success, shit!, be a success! Then go back and gather your thoughts and read some more. Using the excuse that "I need to learn more, then I'll go out to sarge." is just creative avoidance.
Courage is how you build confidence, and when your comfortable you are naturally cool.
Inner game is better understood with a lot of experience and a sense of self awareness and the willingness to know your belief system has holes in it. Inner game for me that is, is 97% feeling and 3% words. When you get bored of constantly approaching with words, you'll find yourself approaching women and not saying a word. just a smile.
