I'm in an interesting position right now and I want to get a fresh view on it.

So during my last semester in university I was at first single and then I got back together with my ex-girlfriend in the latter half although we never made it official and now we are broken up again. During this time there was another girl in the equation.

I became single over the summer and I knew this one girl liked me lets call her Lily. So when school started I began to text her and I asked her out for dinner. She accepted and by the end of the night we made out, I didn't seal the deal though (my mistake I know), but anyways at the next party we kissed again outside and then I fingered her as well. Still never f-close her but we always kiss. I know during our dinner date she is DTF but I guess I never capitalized on it because I still had feelings for my ex. Anywho, during the second half of the semester my ex wanted to try again and I stopped talking to Lily and she stopped talking to me.

Things turned sour, ex's are ex's for a reason and I want to fuck her this time around. But the biggest problem is I don't know whether or not she feels I used her biggest she has seen me and my ex at parties. During the time I went back to my ex she went for another guy and now shes single again. What should I do?

That is your biggest problem but not for the reason you think. The problem isn't that she may or may not feel used. Because even if she does, some other guy will be more than happy to crush her guts regardless of what she may be feeling in her precious little heart. Your problem is that you actually give a damn what this girl thinks.
