I am looking for a peacocking item, a hat. Nothing too extravegate, but I would like it to be noticable. Anything you can recommend that can be picked up at a mall would be great.

A beanie is the easiest thing to do, because its not too outlandish, and it is winter.

IMHO- I think the whole outlandish hat, and glasses thing is so out dated. See Mystery has a strong foundation to carry the whole crazy hat and big jackets, but this is ONE FORM of peacocking.

If you wear leapord hats and crazy gear you better have the attitude to back it, its like a girl who wears a short tight dress better be bangin in it or shes going to get laughed at. Well the SAME goes for guys believe it or not.

Just go to a Macy's Nordstrom and or Neimans is you have the bank roll, and get the woman there in the different departments shoes, clothing, bling bling sections to hook it up with the best of the best.

And this is a good time to practice your game.

I just had an idea, but I don't know if I could actually wear it with a straight face daily. A top hat. What do you think?

IF you think you can do it, you can do it. Believe me even if a girl laughs at you as long as you keep your cool and 'pull it off' you will get the attention you want.

I have been looking for an Italia colored (Green, white, red) top hat (similar to that of the Cat and the Hats' for a while, (in the past too) anyone know where I can find one or have one made? To comment, I have no problem with wearing the hat, and I know if put in a situation I could pull it off, but to the people who know me wearing a top hat would be such a dramatic change.

I just got myself a hat made from leather from a retro shop. Its already getting me a lot of attention. I say its my lucky hat but I need a follow up story. Any ideas? i'm thinking about about themes on synchranicity. Also what routine can i run from when a girl comes up and says "cool hat!"

First off, don't buy a peacocking item if it doesn't fit your character. You are useless if they ask you "Why did you buy it?" .. you're not going to answer "to get you to want me!" .. I mean: Come on! Buy it for your own actual personality.

A hat or a peacocking item must fit your personality, your own desires howto grow and how to be seen. I myself have a few items because they fit my style. But don't force a style upon, you'll feel uncomfortable! Even though you might get a lot of compliments, make sure that you don't lose yourself in the process, it has a lot of power a peacocking item..

I think that it magnifies my attraction but my targets expect more when i talk to them. The hat did make me feel more confident but made me feel more conspicious. Great for a solid game plan and experiance in pua, bad for a newbe.

Of course it magnifies you're attraction point. You're more likely to be the only one in there with that hat or any hat for that matter. And that will make you feel more confident, because you're the only daring to wear it. But don't forget, woman would like to know the story behind it and if you can't declare it properly, you're lost anyway.
So yeah, I agree with your point;

- Good for an experienced PUA, bad for a newbee.

I agree that it has to be a personality thing but one of my favourite responses to "Why are you wearing that hat?" from a HB is "So pretty girls ask why I'm wearing it. Ok it hasn't worked yet, but it's still early". Makes for a good C&F neg.

To be honest, I don't like this C&F.. Doesn't radiate too much cockyness, although it does have a factor, you can do better. But of course, that's just my opinion.
