I'd like to get your feedback on the topic of using a text message vs. a phone call to setup a first date with a girl.
From my experience, about 90% of my dates are set up strictly via texting. This exactly shocks me because I'm a little old school and prefer to call women to set a definite date. But I find most girls LOVE to text and respond quicker and more often to my date requests via texting (compared to phone calls).
Which method has been the most successful for you?

Location: Antarctica | | If the girl's in her 20s, you want to be texting her... But if I happen to be on the phone with her, then I'll suggest a date towards the end of our conversation. I won't ever pick up the phone to set up a date.

Posts: 2817 | | Try to get her on the phone. Even if you have to text her first. Tell her it's hard to explain in text and you'd rather just call her instead.
