She didn't mention the boyfriend at ALL. My HB9 neighbor informed me.

We (HB9 and myself) were leaving together, I notice a random dude lurking in front of her (new girl) door. I said, "Good she has a boyfriend, that's a load off me lol!". HB9 replied, "Yeah she told me she's just divorced, and a b/f already?? (mock shame voice) But he seems to be a super nice guy! Calls then Sits in his car and waits to be invited in."
