Mystery wrote the chieftain principle and wrote in it, that the human brain is in arrears against the big evolution.Is that mean that there will be a time when the principle will not work?Now i don't this will happen in our lifetime,only hundreds of years later.

Essentially, yes. But significant evolutionary changes typically take more than hundreds of years. Usually it's tens of thousands. However, the human population has had such widespread growth that it's possible for evolution to happen faster given a number of different factors.

Is the dominance exist as far as people? Therefore it was in the past and do you think that the future evolutions will also experience it? Is this a thing, which never will die?
