I was supposed to be out on a date right now but the girl sent me a text a few hours back claiming she was sick; she even offered a rain check. Not a problem.

I'm browsing Facebook right now and it just so happens that a few of her friends are posting on her wall, teasing each other and what not. Another friend of theirs inquires as to what they are doing, and, surprise surprise, they write back "we're all at X's place come join us!"

Anger...

Can I use this information to my advantage, without ruining my chances?
And if it's clear that I have no chance with her, can you suggest a fun way of messing with her with his information? I know it's immature but my ego wants revenge haha.

Be like, "Did you have fun at x's place last night? Or were you just miserable the whole time, what with your sickness and all?"

Eh, I wouldn't do that. That would just show he's upset. The best tool in such situations is to be indifferent, and the way to do that is to stop initiating contact, stop showing interest, and pretend there will never be a date.

"I hope you don't plan on being sick again" or
"I hope you've recovered from that illness of yours"

Keep her guessing as to how much you really know.
