So my situation is like this.

There is this girl in my class. I made the first move and started sitting beside her early in the semester and started talking. After a few weeks I asked to take her out on a movie but then she said maybe then no. She brings up stuff sexually & mentions stuff that I would take as IOI's. Iv asked her to go on a date and she says "I dont do dates"

She keeps strong eye contact with me when I talk to her she stares at my lips. She also finds excuses to touch me subtly like grab my arm/touch it. One day I asked I tried to Hug her but she said no. After this i sort of took it easy and stopped texting her. She texts me randomly one day and tells me lunch on her after class. During that lunch we interact alot. She tells me she had a dream and I was in it.

She also mentioned that we could go see a movie soon. Shes never mentioned another guy really but she talks to this guy that went to school with her and they seem to talk all the time & hangout. Is he just a friend because almost seems a bit more then that to me? She has also mentioned that she does not text unless the guy makes the first move. What can i potentially do to date this chick?

It means you're failing her shit tests. It also means she plays games better than you do. If you're familiar with push-pull, that's essentially what she's doing to you -- giving you mixed signals to fuck with you.

But two people can play a game, and I suggest you start playing her and confuse the shit out of her in return. Your turn to push-pull. Sounds like all you've been doing is pushing so far.

When she brings up the movie, tell her you wouldn't want to see a movie with her anymore, or let alone go out with her... That she's just a cool person to hang out with, and that you have other love interests (to get her jealous). But at the same time, escalate -- start touching her more -- no need to ask her for a hug, just touch her back, her arms, play with her hair, etc.

The thing is though the semesters almost over & she skips class alot so its hard to do it at school when shes not there. What do you recommend here. How can i act through texting and gaming outside of the school. How can I push and pull over texting & eventually get her out on a date? So game outside of school when she is not there?

Same concept... You can still game her through text but the approach is a little different.

Through text, you want to be a little flirty and talk about sex -- but make it clear she'd never get your dick. Because your dick is a prized posession that only the cream of the crop deserves. And again, make it clear you don't want to go out with her. This might be a little difficult because she already knows you want her vagina, and she might see through your bullshit... So you have to be a good actor. Your biggest playing piece is that you don't need her anymore because you have another girl in the works.

To be clear, your goal isn't to go out with her. Your goal is to DHV and build greater attraction.
