Your problem is that you're with a girlfriend that apparently isn't giving you what you need since you're still thinking about your oneitis. It's normal if you still think about exes but for you to still be obsessed over her a full year after last seeing her is just plain outrageous.

It's not like I didn't try, we fooled around the first time she slept over, and she stopped it after pronouncing how horny I was making her (probably slut defense), then she had this guilty expression on her face that just beat me and I didn't escalate after but went to sleep. A week later she slept over again, I didn't try anything and just went to sleep cause I remembered that guilty face, and that was a year ago.
