First of all i work in a night club, not in the bar tho but on the floor collecting glasses. I would be considered really good looking-even model like(not my words).
When on the beer I can pull girls easy, but somehow don't while working even tho the girls who come into the club are drunk out of their minds. i get approached by girls looking for my number sometimes but that is rare.
What i want to know is how do i approach girls when working without coming across as a creep? Also why don't more girls ask me for my number when there out? is it that they are intimidated by my looks?

The great thing about pickups while you're working is that since you're technically supposed to be working (and not focused on them) they have to actively seek out your attention in order for you to engage them. (Most of the time atleast) When you catch a girl eye-ing you up hold that eye contact and be very aware of your own body language.

You're going for "strong" so stand up straight, keep your hands out of your pockets, smile (coyly) and break eye contact only to continue your duties as an employee. She will either be intimidated (and aroused) and not approach you. (It would be up to you to approach her at this point but do so at YOUR own leisure)

Maybe a line like: "I caught your eye earlier miss. Do you need anything?"

Or she'll be turned on (and outgoing enough) that she'll come up to you eventually and open you. From there it's in your hands if you want to n-close, k-close, or try and f-close.
