Hey guys, I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on what I should have done.

So I was talking to a two-set for some charity fundraiser thing and one of the activites that we had to do was paint a little picture. So I'm there with the two-set (having been introduced by a girl who I flirted with once) and the two-set was made up of two girls, the target and the obstacle. I'm building rapport and start talking to the target after a few negs and she's going along with it and giving me a whole bunch of IOI's so I tell her we should take a picture together at first she's reluctant but in a playful way so I keep going and flirt with her some more and tease her saying she's being such a prude.

I guess that was my first mistake because her friend was also interested in me and she clearly didn't like where things were going between me and her so she pulls out this seemingly impossible shit test "Your flirting won't work on her she has a boyfriend" (she said this with a smile btw) they both look towards me and not knowing what to do I sorta blurt out "How is taking a picture flirting?" From their body language I could clearly tell that I had failed the shit test and the target wouldn't even talk to me for the rest of the day.

You guys are way better at this than me, so tell me, what should I have done?

Thanks bro! But something tells me she wouldn't have taken too kindly too that but next time I get the chance I'll try it out.

P.S It was the girls friend who said this to me not the target herself.
