Just thought of this opener I want to try out soon. I want to know what you guys think.

Approach the girl and say "Hey do you want to play a quick game and help me out? I want you to take a guess and bet [with your friends] (if she is with them) how long it's going to take for me to screw up this conversation with you. How long do you think?"

And then follow into the regular shit while periodically bringing up the "game" and ask her to call it out when you've screwed it up.
