So I just started at a new company (advertising agency) and the office administrator is a milf, separated but still living with her husband (for their daughter).
3days ago we had a quick conversation about the marathon where she ll be running on sunday, and yesterday i dropped by her office for some "office related questions".
Her first reaction when i entered was to close her cardigan on her chest (she was wearing a nice little V-collar shirt under it) and after a few seconds she let go and spent the rest of the conversation (5 minutes) rubbing her neck and the top of her chest. I got her number but i doubt it means anythings since we should all have it in case we get in late...
When I left she roped me back in with the topic of the marathon, wanting to show me the map of the roads that will be closed, opened the map so I'd have to stand next to her to see it. She restarted rubbing her neck and top of her chest with the left hand, showing me the streets concerning me on the map. This went on for about 10 minutes (during which she extended the conversation to streets and districts quite far from my apartment).

I think its all good, am I right? and what should my next move be?

Hmm interesting one. Now when you say you got her number, Im reading between the lines here re your next comment but do you mean she gave it to you because of work purposes and not because you asked for it re your interest in her?

As if this is the case then you cant rely on the number as an IOI. The touching of the neck and chest is very interesting though and who would do that for basically 15mins non stop. That does seem weird. I would use the marathon thing as a way in. As it's obviously something she is happy to talk to you about. Talk about it with her and look for opportunities to through in other topics and build on the convo. You should be able to get to a topic which leads to you suggesting a catch up. Good luck mate

Well we dont have to have it but she did give me her number for work purposes, so i dont count it as a IOI, I am mostly confused about the neck rubbing thing :/ thanks for the advice!

Just my personal opinion mang. But dont shit where you eat. Meaning if you are gonna do this be careful. You dont want to be out of a job unless you really dont care about the job
