Okay what the fuck is happening here.
Im new to the job, i work at a casino behind the bar, i had this middle aged man who is my boss on the floor as a manager, he seriously gets on my nerves, always quick to presume i have fucked up, awkward towards me, disrespectful, gets me to do the mule jobs, even if someone else has offered to do it, on top of this the recently new employee who is a bloke at the same age as me (20) gets on fine with him and treated with respect.

Today when i was getting on well with a customer talking for ages, and wrote something on a piece of paper to give to a female co worker (which probably looked like a number where as in fact it was), he called me to the back room, and came across as very polite (as ever as he has done before) and proceeded to tell me that i had bad body odour, and get too worked up when I'm stressed. Okay the second one is true, I'm on loads of caffeine and shake a bit especially when there is a complication, and perhaps the first one was too. But i double checked and i only smelt of the drinks i had been serving, i asked two co workers if they could smell my tshirt, and none of them said that it stank, i also found it a bit odd, taking in mind one of my coworkers has been farting all throughout his shift, and the dish washer smells rancid, yet he picked out on me.

This may be me being paranoid, but i just have a feeling that my boss has it out for me, it just seemed to coordinated for him to call me over just after i had been socialising well with customers and getting on well with this female co worker. I have also had experience of people trying to belittle me before, however that was in school, and this is the same vibe I'm picking up.

Has anyone here with a masters on social dynamics, can inform me to what is going on, and how i could combat this ?
I believe it comes down to me behaving beta, and showing some alpha moments, which the pack mentality doesn't like, I am behaving beta on occasions, because i am technically a student and still new to this profession of being a bartender. And i am not sure if him being gayer that a christmas tree has anything to do with it, but the passive aggressive undertones seem to imply this.
