I ended up bolting to go somewhere else but the next day she added me on FB. Trying to chat her online a few days later i instantly got a LJBF.
I ran into this girl again a few weeks back, while i was out with another girl. The target was with one of my friends and the whole night this girl bashed the chick i was with. Saying she was not my type and needed a different girl, more my age (this target is my age versus 4 years younger like the date i was with).
In the mean time i've chatted her a few times on FB and she's started a chat me. Figuring she just wants to be friends, however, this week i started chatting her on FB, complementing on a new profile picture. We were talking about random stuff and out of no where she says
"by the way, I know you were interested in me the first night we hung out"
is this an IOI??? Not sure why should we randomly bring this up. I played a C&F comeback that "I may have been back then blah blah blah." I don't tend to chase chicks but i wonder if she was just playing hard to get.

It's also obvious she's interested because she was ripping on the competition. Go for it bro. _________________ Be the change you want to see in this world because in the end it's not the years in your life that count but the life in your years.

Obviously if she knows you wanna fuck and she still talks to you, then she certainly has to expect that you'll try to escalate things. So that could be an IOI. On the other hand, when a girl calls you out, it could be her way of saying "I'm on to you, knock it off!"
A third scenario is that she's a typical woman and she thinks she's a genius and an expert at deciphering human nature, simply because she determined that a guy that shows interest in her likes her. What's next on her list of of astonishing revelations? Standing next to a water fountain and telling each person who comes up to take a sip that she could tell they were thirsty?!? _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn

She might just be wanting you to say yes you were interested to boost her ego and make herself feel good. I see you did not say what went on in the conversation after this. If I was you I would have pounced on this opportunity then and there and built on it to see what she thought of you etc. Then organised a catch up
It's going to be a lot more difficult to bring the convo up again now.
One thing to always remember is that if the other person brought it up that means they are comfortable to talk about it. People don't talk about topics they aren't comfortable talking about, especially off their own backs.

Get this girl out 1 on 1!
