I met a girl at a party last weekend and we instantly hit it off. However, I was all over the place that night, that she left before I was able to get her number. Anyway, the party promoter recently put photos up on facebook and I guess the girl found me and added me on facebook.

What's the best way to transition from facebook to getting her number? Right now, we've exchanged a few messages on each other's walls. But not sure what to do next!
