Interesting stuff man.

Watched one of your videos where you talk about how approach anxiety is psychologically hardwired in males stemming back to the tribalism time (where approaching the wrong woman could mean death) and we have therefore evolved from this.

Also love the idea of "getting out of your head"- that tip really helped and resonated with me as it has been a major sticking point for me recently.
