Never open with a joke. Keep it quick, keep it simple

Name, small talk, flirt, kino, number, disappear.
and that all starts with telling her your name and asking for hers

if she says "why", you say "why?, why not" with a smile. and keep going from there.

Definitely. Jizz has the right idea. If talking naturally isn't your thing. Learn scripted material and try that out. AFter the opener you should perform DHVs then kino. Its all a routine. Learn IOI's. Know when to phase shift. Your gonna fail and eventually get good. If you fail, so what, you'll never see her again. Failing is learning.

A response ff the top of my head:

"So, do you know any jokes? I always crack jokes. I love comedy. Ever seen a stand up comedian? I went to see one last year at the Marquee Improv. It was hilarioius. They've got another one coming up and I want to go see it. You should go with me..."

See what I've done there? I've continued on with the same line of thought (comedy). I've made myself sound exciting and interesting. I have DHV'd myself by stating that I go out to see shows and that I'm a cultured person. Then at the same time I've essentially asked the girl out on a date without framing it as a question for her to say no to.
