Ive got the opening and creating attraction phase mastered, haven't had a bad opening in ages! But then after the introductions and sharing a few laughs, the set usually starts fluff talking about whatever, and I just cant come up with a topic that captures their interest for long enough to actually get into deep rapport with any of the girls.
After some searching I found Kezia Noble's Ten hook lead system, which promises great rapport building. Is it worth buying? Any advice appreciated!

Examples of good rapport would be finishing each others sentences. Saying to each other "That's what I was thinking" or "I did/thought the same thing!"
Examples of bad rapport would be continually saying "What?" or "I don't understand." and one or the other of you cursing a lot while the other is off put by the use of bad language. _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn
