On a side note, I'm getting a feeling you want an instant/relatively quick way to increase you lays. There isn't any. You will always get someone advising you to use a particular method as it works for them. It's important to remember that just because it works for others, doesn't mean it will work for you. Everyone is unique and has various qualities that seperate them fromt he collective.

You need to find a method that works for you and stick to it.

Knowing too much material could be hindering your progress and the consistancy of your one night stands. My advise . . . If things arn't working out the way you want it to, pick ONE method by any Guru you want and follow that for a few months.
