My problem has always been insecurity, and it leads to inaction. For example, I can dance better than most people yet I find a reason to hold back. Whenever I go to bars or clubs with friends I usually end up not dancing because of some 'unknown fear' I can't quite put my finger on. A girl I'm attracted to gives me all the signs to talk to her yet I find a reason to not talk to her. I want to be that guy that does whatever he wants whenever he wants and doesnt have any social fears. What have you guys dont to overcome this? It's really starting to affect my life negatively.

come to the understanding that no one cares. It does not matter what you do. They are too occupied on what they are doing. Also lifes like a video game you get unlimited lives. world keeps spinning. Spend a day acting the fool. It does not matter.

Get rid of your self image and realize you're just a guy trying to get laid. You don't have to be cool, interesting, or have social value. People will think what they think and none of that is your concern.

It's liberating when you stop becoming your own worst enemy.

i used to be in a similar position, i forced myself to take action and now i'll approach 90% of the women i find attractive, once you make one approach you will feel like you can make a thousand!

1. never think or self talk ! (just shut ur self up)
2. slow your everything (i mean everything. your eye movement even your brain cells!)
3. realize your not cool as you think you are and someday your gonna die
4. tell yourself does it matter after 1-100 years later
5. sing limp bizkit's "keep rollin"

Maybe you're just to afraid to step out of your comfort zone but you have to start somewhere some time.

You have to do it now- approach girl/s you want. If it turned out sour, go ahead and do it again and again and again until you get better..

All naturals must have felt that way but they chose to acknowledge the fear and move on.
