Work on everything everyday. It should be a lifestyle, not a daily workout at something new. Look at how your ideal self should look and write down things you have to do to get there. Then start working.

Other things you might consider:

Haircut
Teeth Whitening
Gym/Exercise
Reading---> will make you more interesting and improve sentence structure+vocabulary
Doing new things ---> dance lessons, learn an instrument, go to art galleries
