Agreed that you have to take bits from everything, but the MM is a great place to start if you have no idea how to open a set or converse with women, once you have got rid of AA and you develop game you can't stick to MM because chances are a group of girls have already heard your opener due to how popular MM is/was.

Peacock theory is something that can be interpreted differently. I have a friend who is a complete natural with women and refuses to, as he says "read any of this 'game' bullshit" however it is obvious he is the definition of peacock theory without even realising this!

I think there are more Mystery fans out there than people think. Mostly because the fans dont dare say that they are fans, the times we live in tells us that natural game is better so thats what everybody thinks.

Personally I love the guy! He is awesome.

That doesnt mean that I limit myself to his teachings, there are a lot of different ideas out there and a lot of good stuff coming from different sources. Learning something from Mystery doesnt mean that you have to take the whole package, you just have to take whatever you like and fill the rest with other peoples stuff. With other people I mean yourself as well.

There is no need to memorize 7 hours of material if you understand how it works, then you can just improvise.

that is actually the reason why it wouldnt work for most people. Its because they feel like dumb shits wearing stupid stuff. But the point of peacocking is to own the stuff you wear. When you dress up like a fool, you need to feel like a boss. And then it works like a charm.

I once went to work dressed like a cowboy, i did a wedding dressed like an indian (people actually asked me if i was dressed like pocahontas ) and the last company party i was dressed like a spanish toreador. Other men mocked me, almost all of the women were interested in the weird stuff i was wearing.
