Hey guys,
So im still relatively new to the whole PUA approach and I'm still really struggling with Approach Anxiety. My frat is having a party tonight and I was thinking of trying the crash and burn method (just intentionally getting shot down), just to help get over my AA. I guess I'm posting this to see if anyone else has tried this out and whether or not they felt it helped with AA?

Any experience or advice is appreciated, Thanks!

Yes, but don't intentionally sabotage yourself if you don't have to. Just expect that you'll be shot down and have no expectations that you need to be successful. This will help you to develop a "not giving a fuck" attitude which will turn into confidence and swagger eventually.

You want your fraternity to become less popular? College game is a different animal.
