I've number closed a few, even one or two online this week, and I've come into contact with this like 3 times. It's like a "if I'm in your area I"ll definitely let you know" or "I'm meeting up with a friend and I'm not sure when, but I'll definitely let you know" which I take as a huge insult.
This irritates me to no end and I always say something about it. I usually say something like, "I don't play that game, yes or no... it's really not a big deal" or "let me know soon, because I'm going out regardless" but I don't like either one of those responses.

If you were talking about doing things together earlier on in the set when she was laughing and having fun, she would be eager to tag along when you finally ask her out, and she wouldn't say "I'll let you know."
If you have no rapport with a girl and then say "Would you like to go to Starbucks with me sometime?" You are just setting yourself up for "I'll let you know..." _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn
